Refund Policy
Effective 26 May 2026
Short version: full refund if you cancel before your session or if we can't deliver. Once your session has happened, the fee is non-refundable — but it's credited in full toward a project if you proceed within 35 days.
Scope
This Refund Policy applies to The Blueprint — the fixed-fee diagnostic sold on kyrex.org for ₹15,000 (Indian Rupees), paid at the time of booking via Razorpay. It is the only product purchased directly through this website.
Project engagements (custom software, automation, cloud, and related services) are not booked or paid for through this website — they are governed by the separate written agreement signed for each engagement, which contains its own payment and cancellation terms.
What the fee covers
The ₹15,000 fee funds independent research: a 30-minute discovery session and a written, eight-section report mapping your operations and evaluating realistic options, delivered within 3 business days. The report is yours to keep and act on, with or without Kyrex.
Cancelling before your session
If you cancel before your discovery session takes place, you are entitled to a full refund of the fee. To cancel, reply to your booking confirmation email or write to us (see Contact below) before the session.
You may also reschedule your session at no charge — replying to your confirmation email is the quickest way. Rescheduling does not affect your fee.
After the engagement has commenced
Once the discovery session has taken place or preparation of your report has begun, the fee is non-refundable. This is because the fee funds independent research and your time with the founder — work that is performed and delivered to you regardless of whether you go on to engage Kyrex for a project.
If we can't deliver
If Kyrex is unable to deliver your Blueprint for reasons within our control, we will refund the fee in full. This is our commitment regardless of where you are in the process.
Credit toward a project
Even where the fee is non-refundable, it is not lost if you proceed with us. If you commission a project engagement with Kyrex within 35 days of your Blueprint being delivered, the full ₹15,000 is credited toward that project.
How to request a refund
Email us with the subject line 'Refund Request', including the name and email used to book and your Razorpay payment reference (it's in your confirmation email). We'll confirm eligibility under this policy and process any approved refund to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method and typically settle within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
