The story
The situation.
AskKubeir Immigration Services is a Canadian immigration consulting firm serving clients across Canada and UAE. When they came to Kyrex, their digital presence did not reflect the quality of their service — and their operational backend was entirely manual.
The engagement began on token money. Kyrex designed and built the homepage manually on Elementor to demonstrate capability before the client committed. Once the homepage was approved, the full scope was contracted and built.
This is now one of Kyrex's longest-running client relationships — the site is Kyrex-managed, Kyrex-hosted, and Kyrex-maintained end-to-end.

After the core site was delivered, Kyrex built and integrated an AI-powered knowledge chatbot — trained on the entire AskKubeir website and auto-syncing to stay current.

The chatbot is not a static FAQ bot. It is a RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) system — every response is generated against the live embedded knowledge base. When AskKubeir publishes a new blog post or service page, the chatbot knows about it automatically.
