Kyrex is a software engineering and technology consulting practice based in New Delhi, India. We design and build software systems — including web applications, cloud infrastructure, automation pipelines, AI integrations, mobile applications, portals, and DevOps infrastructure — for businesses operating across industries.

Kyrex is a founder-led practice. Engagements are taken on selectively based on fit, scope, and available capacity.

Describing a service on this Site does not constitute an offer to provide that service to any particular party. All engagements are subject to separate scoping, agreement, and contract.

The Blueprint is a structured two-week advisory engagement offered at a fixed fee of ₹15,000 (Indian Rupees). It produces a written report mapping your operations and evaluating technical solutions. The report is yours to keep and act on, with or without Kyrex.

The ₹15,000 Blueprint fee is credited in full against any subsequent project engagement commissioned within 90 days of the Blueprint delivery.

The Blueprint fee is non-refundable once the engagement has commenced. If Kyrex is unable to deliver the Blueprint for reasons within our control, we will refund the fee in full.

Specific Blueprint terms — including payment schedule, deliverable format, and revision scope — are set out in the Blueprint engagement agreement provided at the time of commission.

Project engagements (work beyond the Blueprint) are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment schedule, and intellectual property terms.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding commitment by Kyrex to undertake any specific project. A project engagement is only confirmed upon execution of a written agreement.

All content on kyrex.org — including text, design, graphics, code, and brand assets — is the property of Kyrex and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our written permission.

Intellectual property terms for project deliverables are set out in the relevant project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Kyrex retains ownership of all underlying tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivery. Full ownership of custom-developed deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of all agreed fees.

Submitting the contact form on this Site does not create a client relationship, obligate Kyrex to respond, or constitute acceptance of any offer. We respond to inquiries at our discretion.

Liability for project engagements is governed by the relevant project agreement. In no event shall Kyrex's total liability for any project exceed the total fees paid by you for that project.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
